Free prostate screenings, rapid HIV tests, eye-exams and blood pressure and diabetes screenings will be available at the 7th Annual Day of Champions Health Fair , sponsored jointly by the Mount Vernon Neighborhood Health Center Network and Grace Baptist Church.
The health fair will take place on Saturday, Oct. 9 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the Mount Vernon Neighborhood Health Center at 107 West 4th Street in Mount Vernon.
Door prizes, lunch and a guest speaker will also be a part of the day’s events. The public event is open to both men and women.
